Job Description:

First Option Mortgage is seeking a Business Development Director in the Indianapolis area to spearhead the implementation and development of a sales/marketing strategy targeted towards realtors and industry influencers resulting in sustainable referral partnerships.

First Option has invested millions in order to establish strong brand recognition and the Business Development Director will be expected to elevate this recognition among realtors utilizing a provided marketing budget. This individual must be driven with a proven track record of cultivating and maintaining strong Business-to-Business relationships. Established presence in the real estate market is preferred.


  • 24 to 48-hour in-house underwriting, strong operations staff, and marketing team

Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or equivalent work experience required
